Student Feedback Request
Upon request, the Teaching Excellence Committee will place on your web page,
a form for student feedback. Questions can be tailor-made to your desired
information and can include some, all or additions to the suggested topics
below.
An example may be as follows:
The results will be stored on your website for personal access
and each time a submission is made, it will be delivered to you e-mail.
Some suggested topics:
